I have a deep commitment to creating positive, lasting change in the lives of individuals and communities. With a background in working alongside young people, people with disabilities, those experiencing homelessness, people from a trauma background, and others facing complex challenges, I bring a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to all aspects of my practice.
Rooted in the core ethical principles of the Australian Association of Social Workers—respect for persons, social justice, and professional integrity—I strive to meet people where they are and walk with them toward growth, healing, and empowerment.
My work is guided by personal values of honesty, family, connection, self-awareness, and lifelong learning. Whether I'm facilitating group work, delivering community programs, supporting mental health, or driving systems change, I’m passionate about helping people build sustainable habits, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful connections. Overcome challenges, develop skills, and achieve their goals.

I’m a proud mum of three energetic boys. My lived experience with neurodiversity has inspired my passion for helping others, because I understand first-hand how difficult it can be to access the right support.
With experience as a case manager, support worker, and support coordinator, I bring practical knowledge, compassion, and genuine care to every person and family I work with.
I have experience supporting individuals living with ASD, ABI, BPD, PDA, and other complex support needs. This has given me a strong understanding of the importance of person-centred, flexible, and compassionate support.
I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. I take the time to listen, understand what matters most, and connect people with the right services.
I walk alongside individuals and families with empathy and persistence, supporting them every step of the way as they work toward living the life they choose.
My goal is to empower people to build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections, while knowing they have someone truly in their corner
